Our main focus has always been e-bikes when it comes to the assembly of LEVs. This is what we have the most experience at and what we consider not only our profession but also our passion. We have the most experience with Bosch and Bafang e-bike assembly for our OEM partners, but we have also assembled electric bikes with the Shimano drive system and several “exotic” systems.

 

On the other hand, we’ve managed the small-scale assembly of electric scooters and mopeds, and we also have some experience in wheelchair building.

 

Our team consists of seasoned bicycle technicians who love what they are best at, and who strive for perfection and high assembly quality when it comes to manufacturing electric bikes for our partners.

 

We offer wheel-building, frame painting, decal fitting, pre- and final-assembly services.
